NAEMSE recognizes the rights of all active members of the organization to have access to and to examine the corporate documents pursuant to the relevant statutes and case laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under which NAEMSE is organized and operating. To that extent, NAEMSE's Board of Directors has adopted a corporate disclosure policy to assist with the dissemination and examination of corporate documents by its active members.
Under this policy, any active member may request, in writing, to the NAEMSE business office, his or her desire to examine any or all of the following documents:
- - Membership register
- Books and records of account
- Records of the proceeding of the members, directors and such other body
Upon receipt of the written request, the NAEMSE business office shall arrange for a convenient time for the requesting member to examine the requested documents at NAEMSE's business office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If a request for copying and mailing of documents is made, upon advance payment, the NAEMSE business office will forward copies of the requested documents via US Mail to the requesting active member.
