What is the NAEMSE IC1?

The NAEMSE Instructor Courses have been designed and developed in accordance with the DOT/NHTSA 2002 National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors and the National Education Standards. The IC1 course represents the didactic component and practical application of the educational process for EMS educators specified in over 40 states' EMS Rules for Lead Instructors.

Course Information and Goals

This course has an online component representing 16 hours of Continuing Education Units. This work must be completed before the course and will prepare you for success during this 3-day course. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a total of 40 CAPCE-Approved CEU's. This course is not your typical lecture-style Instructor Course, participants will be divided into groups and will work through the course material in an engaging and friendly environment.

Non-NAEMSE Member $395


Any cancellations must be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the first day of the course, cancellations received after this time will not be issued a refund. Payment must be received BEFORE check-in at the course, unless you are paying with a Purchase Order and are able to provide the PO Number. If we have not received your payment prior to the first day of the course, you will not be permitted to participate in the course.
