<description><![CDATA[Really good article and content to explore. This is the central question on everyone's mind; how will I learn, study and thrive in a digital educational experience. If Y2K brought fears and anxiety about the internet, this Pandemic has catapulted us into the 5th dimension of on-line learning. We are all going to need a digital detox from time to time. Learning modes and styles will remain basically the same. How do you learn? Visual, Auditory, Kinetic experiential; and now full on remote education with a dash of virtual simulation added. It will still be up to the individual, be it an instructor or student who needs to work a program of health and wellness and remain academically fit! ]]></description>
